Now Hiring: Certified Athletic Trainer (High School Coverage)

Western PA Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Clinic, Inc, a leading provider of orthopedic and rehabilitative care, is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our dynamic team. This position offers the unique opportunity to work directly with student-athletes at a local high school while being supported by a multidisciplinary team in our clinic setting.

The Certified Athletic Trainer will be responsible for providing on-site injury prevention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services for student-athletes at Westmont Hilltop High School. When not on campus, the ATC will collaborate with our clinical staff to assist with patient care, documentation, outreach, and education.

  • Serve as the primary athletic trainer for Westmont Hilltop High School sports teams
  • Provide emergency care, injury evaluation, and treatment during practices and games
  • Develop and implement injury prevention and conditioning programs
  • Maintain communication with coaches, school staff, parents, and clinic providers
  • Maintain accurate documentation of injuries, treatments, and referrals
  • Support clinic-based rehabilitation and wellness programs as needed

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Athletic Training
  • BOC Certification and State Licensure (or eligibility) in Athletic Training
  • CPR/AED certification (current)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with high school athletic programs preferred but not required
